In May of 2023, the Mighty Iroquois Nation enjoyed its Spring Campout in Hubertus, WI at beautiful Camp Minikani.
The members of the five Tribes participated our friendly games and several activities, including horseback riding, hiking, sculpture. Also, as is our tradition in the Spring, the culinarily-oriented Dads strived to pull of their finest creations in hopes of winning this year’s coveted Grill Master patch.
As always, we had our our Fire Council ceremony with its rousing speeches, new elder girls, and tear-jerking recognition of our graduating princesses.
We also brought in a new set of Tribal Chiefs and transitioned a couple of Nation Officers…
…including the heartfelt send off one beloved Nation Chief…
…and the welcoming of another, coming from our newest Tribe, the Powhatan.
All in all, it was another fantastic campout! See you in the Fall of 2023!!
